Iām Emma Dempsey, founder of Stellar Conversations, where we teach coaching skills to people who work with people.Ā I'm a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a trained and experienced Supervisor and Coach Mentor.
This page is less about our training (see Stellar Conversations for that) and more about the coaching, mentoring and supervision that I do with individuals and organisations.Ā

Coaching is about giving you the space to create new thinking and insights that will help you move forward, Iām skilled in supporting you to evoke awareness, widen perspectives and find ways forward. This might be about life, work or business.Ā
In coaching circles we are told often to niche, to work with specific people on specific things. As I have grown as a coach I see how my skills and coaching itself, are super transferrable and support with many different things. I offer individual sessions or blocks of sessions to those who want to experience growth and ways forward, whatever that might be.Ā

My rates are uncomplicated, you will pay the same for individual sessions whether they are mentoring, coaching or supervision. This means that if you book in time with me, we can be flexible with how we use it, responding to what you need in the moment as the coaching partner.
Individual sessions are Ā£125 an hour (+vat) and Ā£188 (+vat) for ninety minutes.Ā Ā
The groups that I facilitate have different rates depending on what we are doing and how many are in each group. All the information is on the different links and you can book in a conversation if you are not sure what you need and we can discuss it.

My Coach Mentoring is either for working towards an ICF (International Coaching federation) accreditation or to focus on coaching growth outside of an accreditation.
I offer ten hours of ICF Mentoring in my Mentoring Groups for a max of six coachesĀ which are here.
ICF MentoringYou can also book individual ninety-minute sessions with me when you feel you need or want it. We will listen to a recording of you coaching and really support your growth as a coach.
